Linear Ice Cream Fillers

This versatile in-line filler is used to produce ice cream cups, cones, tubs and squeeze-ups automatically with varying design, shape and size. It is constructed from 1 to 5 lanes according to container dimensions, available with capacity up to 9,000 pieces per hour.

Lamella conveyor is driven mechanically by indexing cam.
Vertical filling motion with other auxiliary functions driven pneumatically.
Available with time-elapse, volumetric filler and extrusion cutter.
Heat sealing device for pre-cut lids or roll stock films.
Lidding station for snap-on and dome lids.
Decoration for sauce topping, dry ingredient dosing, ripple device and pencil filling.
Changeover for different sized containers thanks to exchangeable lamellas.
Built on robust stainless steel frame.
Open construction eliminating product residuals, easy to clean.
Equipped with PLC and colorful touchscreen with friendly operator interface.
Optional pick & place transfer, outfeed conveyor and date coder upon request.
